Key Features
The power configuration includes a Cummings or Weichai National Stage III diesel engine, delivering strong power and reliable performance. It is paired with a torque converter and transmission integrated with technology from Z F, a German manufacturer. It offers six forward and three reverse speed ranges to accommodate various working and travel conditions.
The drive axle is equipped with an internal "NO-SPIN" toothed-type limited-slip differential and a heavy-duty roller chain transmission balance box. The front axle has a swing-type design for tire inclination. The machine employs a popular swinging-arm linkage mechanism for the working device and comes standard with a maintenance-free rotary disk swivel device. Dual hydraulic cylinders control the digging angle, allowing for adjustment based on soil hardness.
Two sets of imported HUSCO five-way control valves are used, providing a responsive hydraulic control system. It features an imported hydraulic blade lifting balance valve and a unique hydraulic pin extraction device, which is a first-of-its-kind in China. The machine utilizes a central articulation mechanism and steerable front wheels with lateral deflection, enabling crab steering. It is equipped with an accumulator brake system, four-wheel high-efficiency caliper disc brakes, and an internal expanding shoe parking brake. All controls are hydraulically operated, with a comprehensive instrument monitoring system and maintenance-free OPTIMA batteries. Optional equipment includes a front dozer blade and a rear soil loosener.
Power System
uses 6BTAA5.9-C205 diesel engine with China II emission. /SG19-C6 uses Weichai diesel engine with China III emission.
