2. "Easy" operation to escape complicated driving
LTC204 can achieve infinitely variable speed, and one-lever operation can control the vehicle forward, backward, speed, parking and start-stop vibration, which is easy to operate;
3,The steering system consists of a steering pump, a fully hydraulic steering gear, two steering cylinders, a crab-shaped side shift cylinder, pressure oil pipes, etc. The hydraulic steering system is installed on the rear frame, realizes steering through an articulated steering mechanism, and controls the steering of the entire vehicle through the expansion and contraction of the steering cylinder.
4,,In order to improve the edge-to-edge performance of the vibratory roller during compaction operations (i.e., the ability to close to buildings or obstacles for compaction), a mechanism is added to the articulated steering mechanism to allow the roller to have longitudinal centerline deviations of the front and rear wheels. The ability to perform compaction operations at a certain distance, this mechanism is called a crab mechanism. When the crab-shaped cylinder is extended, the longitudinal center lines of the front and rear wheels can be 170mm apart. In this way, the roller can easily approach the building for compaction operations, and when the compaction work is completed, the roller can easily leave the building without falling. Interference phenomenon occurs, which shows that the vibratory roller with a crab-shaped mechanism has good edge compaction performance.

Braking is "safe" and can stop on slopes
The two braking systems, service brake and parking brake, are safer and more reliable. The parking brake can lift the handbrake controller to put it in the braking position, which can effectively prevent the roller from sliding down and achieve safe parking on slopes;
It is particularly important to note that Lutong rollers are basically equipped with an "emergency braking" device. In case of crisis, they can brake with one click to ensure the safety of the driver. Of course, this device is mainly for emergency use and is not recommended for normal use.
Braking System
In order to ensure the working and driving safety of the road roller, its braking system has three types: working brake, service brake and emergency brake.
1. Working brake
The working brake adopts hydraulic braking, which is realized by controlling the travel joystick. When the control valve controlled by the travel joystick returns to the neutral position, the flow rate supplied by the travel pump to the travel motor drops to zero, causing the road roller to stop running.
2. Service brake
When the road roller is driving or working, the hydraulically controlled normally closed multi-plate brake ports on the front and rear wheel reducers are open and have no braking effect. When the roller is stopped, the multi-plate brake ports are activated by spring force. Lock the friction plate and put it in braking state.
3.Emergency braking
Emergency braking is mainly hydraulic braking, supplemented by mechanical braking. After pressing the emergency brake switch, the swash plate of the traveling pump immediately returns to the zero position to generate hydraulic braking. At the same time, the braking port of the reducer also generates braking.
The safety factor of level three braking is higher than that of level one braking, but the damage to the machine is more serious than level one. This requires that emergency braking be avoided as much as possible and service brakes used less frequently. The circuit that controls the brake solenoid valve is a power-off brake.
