1. Machine loading process:
Disassembly and packaging: Wrap each disassembled small piece with cushioning material. Fasten the side floors, ladders, front and rear handrails, left and right side guards, and front guards to the inside of the bucket with straps.
Packing of the front drive axle: Place the front drive axle close to the container wall inside the container, and secure it firmly with cable ties and wooden blocks.
Packing of the front tire rim assembly: Place the two pieces of the tire rim assembly on the drive axle, place them neatly and secure them firmly.
Packing of buckets and small parts: Use a forklift to hoist the bucket to the front of the container, place it in the center along the length, and secure it firmly.
Packing of the rear drive axle: Place the rear drive axle and swing frame assembly on the side of the bucket along the length direction and secure them firmly.
Packing of the rear tire rim assembly: Place the two pieces of the tire rim assembly on the drive axle, place them neatly and secure them firmly.
Cab packing: Pack the cab into the container and fix it firmly.
Car body packing: hoist the car body into the container and fix it firmly.
Close the container door. Put the lead seal into the corresponding box hole and seal it.
2. The disassembly parts of each vehicle model are as follows:
